It was a perfectly sunny fall day for Grace and Jim’s big day, who you may remember from their engagement session a while back. There were so many highlights including Grace looking beyond breathtakingly beautiful, a dapper and laid-back Jim, the gorgeous forest and fall colors, the beautiful invitations and event details by Wei’s Open Secret, the sun setting perfectly behind the altar at the ceremony, the incredible Inn at St. John’s and Northville Hills, the classy jazz band, and the overall tone and flow of the day. It was so much fun working with Dave and Brianna, who you may remember from their engagement session. Both optometrists, they incorporated lenses and vintage glasses into their decorations and centerpieces – so fun! There were many highlights from the day including a tall, stunning Brianna (think Lord of the Rings Elvish queen), really fun bridesmaids and groomsmen, a dapper Dave, the always gorgeous Wyndgate Country Club, beautiful florals by Twigs and Branches, the incredible cake by Elegance in Sugar, and the overall kindness and generosity shown to us by the guests, wedding party, bride and groom.
